PHA was created to strengthen physician autonomy, protect patient access to individualized therapies, and ensure innovative, prevention-focused healthcare can scale responsibly. Our goal is to build the credible, unifying voice this industry needs as it moves into the mainstream." — Bill Moses, Founder & Chairman, Personalized Health Association
Leadership Statements
Jimmy St. Louis, President of PHA:
"Across regenerative medicine, telehealth, and longevity, patients are seeking options that traditional healthcare systems have been too slow to provide. PHA exists to protect access to these emerging therapies while upholding the standards, safety, and scientific rigor our industry deserves."
Lee Rosebush, Lead Strategic Advisor & Chairman of the Outsourcing Facilities Association (OFA):
"The regulatory environment surrounding peptides, compounded therapies, and emerging modalities is evolving faster than ever. PHA ensures our community's voice is part of the process so policy strengthens access, safety, and innovation rather than restricting it."
